Yes, you can contribute to both a solo 401k and a 401k at work.

The only impact your regular 401k will have is that you'll need to deduct any employee contributions (pre-tax + Roth) you made to your 401k in the same tax year as the limit for employee contributions is shared across all your 401k plans.

For example, if the contribution calculator in our app says your max employee contribution is $10,000, but you previously contributed $2,000 this year to your 401k at work, your actual employee max would be $8,000.
