If the existing solo 401k is for the same business, we unfortunately cannot currently set up a new plan. Each individual can only be covered by one solo 401k per business at a time, and we cannot yet accept plan transfers. We plan to enable this in the future.
I have an existing solo 401k with another provider. Can I still sign up with Ocho?
